摘 要:采用氨水-碳酸铵水溶液为浸出体系,在常温常压下通入空气,直接浸出失效锂离子电池+0.5 mm破碎产物中的金属Cu。结果表明,在常温常压、曝气量50 L/h、不搅拌的情况下,浸出7 h时,1∶9浸出体系中金属Cu完全浸出,而1∶19和1∶4浸出体系中Cu的浸出率分别为94.71%和66.62%;对1∶9浸出体系采用25 L/h的曝气量完全浸出需要23 h;而搅拌可以进一步提高反应速率,将浸出时间缩短到3 h,同时对50 L/h的曝气量可将浸出时间从7 h缩短为2 h;浸出过程pH呈现出逐渐降低的规律。Ammoniacal solution system containing ammonia and ammonium carbonate was used as leaching media for the removal of copper in the +0.5 mm crushing product from the spent lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Leaching test was carried out at room temperature and under normal atmospheric pressure conditions by introduction of air.The experimental results showed that with the aeration of 50 L/h,the reaction time of 7 h,and the solution not stirred,all copper could be absolutely leached out in the 1∶9(v/v) solution systems,while in 1∶19 and 1∶4 solution systems,the copper leaching rate was 94.71% and 66.62% respectively.When the aeration was 25 L/h,leaching out all the copper in the 1∶9 solution took 23 h,but stirring can speed up the reaction,in this case,the leaching time could be reduced to 3 h,while with the aeration of 50 L/h,the leaching was reduced from 7 h to 2 h.Besides,the pH presented the regularity of gradually decreasing in the process.
