摘  要:利用常规农化分析方法对野山参根区和对照土壤的主要理化指标进行了测试分析。分析结果表明:野山参根区土壤不同层次容重表层最低0.68~0.77g/cm^3,根层次之0.73~0.83g/cm^3,底层较大,其值最小为0.99 g/cm^3;根层土壤含水量最高是39.17%,其变化趋势与土壤容重恰好相反;根层土壤pH在4.74~6.36,有机质在92.544~528.58 g/kg,全氮含量在5.23~16.84g/kg,碱解氮含量42.20~141.19 mg/kg,全磷含量0.15~0.21 g/kg,速效磷含量20.96~55.44 mg/kg,土壤全钾3.22~10.30 g/kg,有效钾272.62~970.26 mg/kg。通过简单相关分析发现,全氮、碱解氮、速效磷与有机质间呈极显著正相关,有效钾和pH与有机质呈显著正相关;碱解氮、速效磷、有效钾与全氮间呈极显著正相关;有效钾与全磷间呈极显著正相关。野山参根区土壤丰富的养分组成和合理的配比,为山参的健康生长提供了有利的保证。Physical and chemical characteristics of root zone and non-root zone soil of wild ginseng were tested and analyzed by conventional analytical methods. The results showed that: the surface soil bulk density was lower at wild ginseng root zone of soil and the value ranged from 0.68 g/cm3 to 0.77 g/cm3, the value in the root level was 0.73 g/cm3 0.83 g/cm3, the bottom of the soil bulk density were the largest, the value was higher than 0.99 g/cm3; the root layer soil moisture content was 39.17 % and the highest water content changes in soil bulk density was just the opposite trend; the root layer of soil pH was in 4.74-6.36 in the root layer of soil. Organic matter content was in 92.54 g/kg-528.58 g/kg range, the root layer of soil total nitrogen content ranged from 5.23 g/kg to16.84 g/kg and nitrogen content from 42.20 mg/kg to 141.19 mg/kg, soil total phosphorus content was in 0.15 g/kg-0.26 g/kg and available phosphorus content ranged from 20.96 mg/kg to 55.44 mg/kg in the root layer of wild ginseng, wild ginseng root zone layer of soil total K content changed between 3.22 g/kg and 10.30 g/kg and available K content between 272.62 mg/kg and 970.26 mg/kg. By simple correlation analysis, the results showed that total nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter were between the highly significant positive correlation, effective potassium and pH and organic matter showed a significant positive correlation; available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and total N showed significant positive inter-related; available K and total phosphorus showed significant positive inter-related. Wild ginseng root zone of soil is rich in nutrient composition and nutrient significant correlation between, for the healthy growth of wild ginseng provide a favorable environment.
