摘  要:为满足高效大功率筛分的需要,介绍一种三轴变椭圆轨迹等厚振动筛。建立其动力学方程并运用ADAMS与MatLab软件进行运动仿真分析,得出筛面上各点的振动情况和运动轨迹。结果表明,振动筛按照本文介绍的形式激振,可产生变椭圆的运动轨迹,有利于实现物料的等厚筛分。To meet the needs of high-power and efficient sieving operation,a kind of three-axis variable elliptical trajectory equal thickness vibration screen is introduced in the paper.The dynamic equations of the screen are established,as well as the dynamic simulation and analysis are conducted based on ADAMS and MATLAB.Then the vibration status and the motion trajectory of each point on screen surfaces are obtained.The results show that the screen produces variable elliptical trajectory according to the excitation type men-tioned in the paper,which is conducive to equal thickness sieving operation.
