摘　　要：出血与血栓性疾病是血液病学的重要研究方向之一,它不仅是血液病工作者的研究内容,还与很多非血液疾病,尤其是严重危害人类健康一些疾病密切相关,比如脑梗死、冠心病、心肌梗死等。文章就出血与血栓性疾病的发生机制以及今年来在诊疗方面有所进展的相关疾病,如动、静脉血栓症、遗传性出血性疾病、抗栓新药的研制等作一评述。Bleeding and thrombotic disorders is the major subject in the field of hematology. It is not only the concerns of hematologists, but also related to many diseases of other clinical departments. And thrombotic diseases like cerebral infraction, myocardial infraction and coronary heart disease become the important life-threatening dis- eases that affect millions of people every year in China. This artical reviews research progress on thrombosis and hemastasis in recent years. Some related clinical diseases, such as vein thrombosis, artery thrombosis, hereditary hemorrhagic disease as well as development on anti-thrombus drugs are included.
