庐山西海高速公路的环境选线研究

摘　　要：环境影响评价对于预防和减少高速公路项目建设过程中的环境问题及其造成的损失极为重要,其核心是在选线设计时,首先需要评价工程对环境的影响,尽量控制或减少工程对环境的不利作用,从工程设计源头控制。以庐山西海高速公路为例,对高速公路选线中的工程与环境相互协调进行了研究,介绍了沿线环境对选线的制约,提出了环境选线方案,使高速公路建设与环境保护协调统一。Environmental impact assessment is extremely important to prevent and reduce the influence of project construction on the environment.The focus of the whole work is to estimate the influence of project on the environment,then to do the best to reduce the disadvantage and to control the disaster from the just beginning of project design.This article cites the Lushanxihai expressway program as example and researches on project and environment′s coordination of highway alignment.The paper introduces that environment alongside the highway lies restraints on route selection,then puts forward environmental route selection that highway program construction and environmental protection get more coordination.
