摘 要:为了验证脉冲管制冷机惯性管理论模型的准确性,通过修正压缩机活塞表面质量流的方法间接测量了惯性管入口质量流幅值及质量流与压力波之间的夹角。对目前脉冲管制冷机中应用较为广泛的单段惯性管加气库及双段惯性管加气库的调相能力进行了测量,并将测量值与简化湍流热声模型计算结果进行了比较。所测单段和双段惯性管阻抗幅值及相位角随内径及长度的变化规律均与理论模拟结果一致,惯性管相位角测量值与理论值偏差在±9°以内,体积流阻抗幅值测量值与理论值偏差在±20%以内。In order to verify the accuracy of the theoretical models for the design of the inertance tubes,the measurements were made to obtain the mass flow rates and the phase shifts at the inlet of the inertance tubes by correcting the mass flows at the surface of the compressor piston.The phase-shifting ability of different geometries including the single-segment and dual-diameter inertance tubes were measured.The experimental results were compared with the calculated values based on the simplified turbulent-flow thermoacoustic model.All experimental results have the same changing trends with the theoretical values,and the differences between the experimental results and the theoretical values are ±9° for the phase angles and ±20% for the impedance amplitudes.
