摘 要:自复叠制冷系统采用混合工质做制冷剂,在调试过程中,工质成份的充注优化对制冷性能十分重要。为1个自复叠制冷装置建立了计算机控制的自动充注装置,根据不同沸点工质成份对系统性能的影响规律,实施了充注过程的智能优化控制。以-80℃温度位的制冷量为优化目标,在不同的起始充注量下进行控制实验,发现该装置能达成充注量优化的目的。Refrigerant mixtures are used as the working fluid in auto-cascade refrigeration systems.During the debugging of a system,the optimization of the refrigerants charged is very important for the refrigeration performance.An automatic computer-controlled charging apparatus was set up for an auto-cascade refrigeration device.According to the impacts of different refrigerants with varying boiling points on the system performance,intelligent optimized control was implemented for the charging process.With the cooling capacity at-80 ℃ as the optimization goal,control experiments were carried out from several initial charging state.It was found that the purpose of charging optimization could be realized with the apparatus.
