摘  要:为了提供道路混凝土耐磨性设计的依据,通过室内试验,分析了材料组成参数、原材料技术性质、交通荷载参数、振动时间等因素对耐磨性的影响。结果表明:同样是调整水灰比,在中低水泥用量范围内,降低用水量可以有效地提高混凝土的耐磨性,增大水泥用量的效果则不明显;耐磨性随砂浆体积分量的增长总体呈提高趋势,在低水灰比条件下较为明显;低粗细集料比会导致耐磨性有所下降;当含气量大于4%时,提高含气量会导致耐磨性显著劣化;低含泥量不会导致耐磨性劣化,但当含泥量从3%增至7%时,耐磨性显著降低;调整粗集料公称最大粒径(NMPS)不会导致耐磨性发生明显改变;交通荷载参数是影响混凝土磨耗速率的主要外部因素,磨耗量与磨耗作用次数之间呈线性相关性,与磨耗荷重之间表现为指数关系,重轴载会导致粗构造加速衰减;适当的振动时间有利于改善混凝土的耐磨性,此时表面砂浆层的含水量也较低。最后,基于不同的交通荷载等级,提出了道路混凝土耐磨性设计建议。In order to provide the basis for abrasion resistance design of pavement cement concrete,the influencing factors such as material composition parameters,raw materials technical nature,traffic load parameters,vibration time were studied.The results showed,although the W/C ratio was altered the same degree in low-medium cement dosage range,the way of reducing water content can improve the abrasion resistance ef-fectively.But increasing cement dosage is not obvious;The abrasion resistance had improved trend with increasing the mortar volume.This phe-nomenon is relatively obvious in the low W/C ratio conditions.When using low ratio of dosage of coarse/fine aggregate,the abrasion resistance would decrease;When the air content was bigger than 4%,improving air content would lead to significant degradation of abrasion resistance;Al-tough the low mud-content would not cause the abrasion resistance degradation,but when differing mud-content from 3%to 7%,the abrasion re-sistance would be significantly reduced;Adjusting NMPS will not cause the abrasion resistance dramatically change;Traffic load parameters are also main affecting factor.The abrasion loss has linear correlation with abrasion times and index correlation with abrasion load.Heavy abrasion load would lead the abrasion rate accelerate.The proper vibration time help improving the abrasion resistance when the water content of the surface mortar layer is also lower.Finally,the proposal for abrasion resistance design was put forward based on different traffic load level.
