保护后的铜镀层的耐蚀性表征

摘  要:为了快捷方便地表征铜镀层的保护膜的耐蚀性,采用中性盐雾试验、Tafel极化曲线和交流阻抗法表征3种典型的保护剂(BCu-10、苯并三氮唑乙醇溶液、2-巯基苯并咪唑乙醇溶液)保护后的铜镀层的耐蚀性,对3种表征结果进行比较。结果表明:3种表征结果一致,3种保护剂的保护效果从优到差依次为BCu-10、苯并三氮唑乙醇溶液、2-巯基苯并咪唑乙醇溶液;Tafel极化曲线和交流阻抗法能够有效地表征铜镀层的保护膜的耐蚀性;从交流阻抗谱的拟合以及推算得出的保护剂覆盖率和保护膜电容可作为选择高耐蚀性保护剂的依据。Three kinds of protective agents were used to protect electroplated Cu coating.The corrosion resistance of resultant protective films was evaluated based on neutral salt spray test,measurement of Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance method.It was found that in terms of protective efficiency,the three types of protective agents were ranked as BCu-10>ethanol solution of benzotriazole>ethanol solution of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole.It was feasible to effectively evaluate the corrosion resistance of protective films by Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance method.The coverage rate and capacity of the protective films simulated and calculated from the electrochemical impedance spectra could be used as criteria to select proper protective agents with good protective efficiency.
