摘 要:以环氧树脂E-51和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料在引发剂过硫酸钾的作用下合成了水性环氧乳化剂,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、引发剂添加量、E-51与PEG用量比对合成效果的影响,优化了合成条件,并研究了优化条件下制备的乳化剂对E-51的乳化效果。结果表明:优化的合成条件为引发剂添加量0.3%,环氧当量与羟基当量比1.00∶1.05,170℃反应4 h;最优条件合成的乳化剂乳化E-51,其含量占固含量的18%时,乳液离心稳定性最佳,粒径大都均匀分布在1μm左右,超过2μm的较少,体系稳定。Water-based epoxy resin emulsifier from epoxy resin E-51 and polyethylene glycol(PEG) in the presence of potassium persulfate as the initiator was synthesized.The effects of temperature,time,initiator dosage and dosage ratio of E-51 to PEG on the synthetic reaction were investigated,and the optimized reaction condition was established.The emulsifying performance of the emulsifier synthesized under the optimized condition was evaluated.The optimized synthetic conditions were determined as initiator dosage of 0.3%,equivalent ratio of epoxy to hydroxyl of 1.00∶1.05,temperature of 170 ℃ and reaction time of 4 h.Resultant synthesized emulsifier with a solid content of 18% possessed good emulsifying performance for epoxy resin E-51,and corresponding emulsion showed good stability and uniformly distributed grains with a size of about 1 μm.
