摘 要:常规光固化涂料性能上存在一些不足,为此,制备了环氧丙烯酸酯-云母粉复合涂料,采用紫外光固化对复合涂层的硬度、耐冲击性、附着力、耐腐蚀性及热稳定性等性能进行了表征,找出了云母粉对复合涂层性能的影响规律。结果表明:涂层的硬度、耐冲击性及附着力先随云母粉添加量的增加而提高,添加量为10%时,涂层附着力达1级,涂层铅笔硬度达6 H;添加量为20%时,涂层耐冲击性达45 cm;添加量继续增大时,涂层的硬度、耐冲击性及附着力均下降;云母粉的加入能显著提高涂层的热稳定性及耐腐蚀性,添加量过大,涂层耐腐蚀性下降。Epoxy acrylate-mica powder composite paint was prepared.The hardness,impact resistance,adhesion,corrosion resistance and thermal stability of the coating were measured by ultraviolet curing,and the influences of mica powder on the properties of the coating were examined.Results show that the hardness,impact resistance and adhesion of the coating increase with increasing amount of mica powder.The coating containing 10% mica powder had adhesion of grade 1 and pencil rigidity of 6 H,and the one doped with 20% mica powder had impact resistance of 45 cm.Further increase of the content of mica powder led to decrease of the hardness,impact resistance and adhesion of the coating.Introducing mica powder significantly improved the thermal stability and corrosion resistance of the coating,but the coating doped with excessive amount of mica powder showed decreased corrosion resistance.
