摘  要:热浸镀锌钢板表面粗糙度、无铬耐指纹钝化后锌层的均匀性及锌渣等表面状况直接影响着镀锌钢板漆膜层的各项性能;热浸镀锌钢板表面的粗糙度对钝化膜的性能有影响,进而影响耐指纹热镀锌钢板的涂漆附着力和耐蚀性能。采用SEM,EDS,EPMA等方法,对耐指纹热镀锌钢板进行分析,找出了漆膜性能与镀锌钢板表面粗糙度之间的关系,发现锌层的不均匀性会影响钝化膜的性能及其涂漆附着力;锌渣表面C,Si含量极低(表明几乎没有钝化膜覆盖),O,Fe,Al 3元素富集,对镀锌钢板的耐蚀性产生直接影响。The morphology and composition of anti-fingerprint hot-dip galvanizing steel sheet were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometry and electron probe microanalysis.The relationship between the surface roughness of the steel sheet and the properties of the coating was examined.It was found that the non-uniformity of the galvanizing coating affected the performance and adhesion of the passivation film.Extremely low contents of C and Si were detected on the surface of Zn dross,implying that there was almost no passivation film.O,Fe and Al were enriched,which directly influenced the corrosion resistance of the hot-dip galvanizing steel sheet.
