摘　　要：目的：摸索在DNA检测中琼脂糖凝胶多次重复使用的效果。方法：按常规制备琼脂糖凝胶,胶不离框,上样、电泳,电泳后胶连框一起放于饭盒内,盖好盒盖,于4℃冰箱保存。下次使用时保证电泳方向与前次相反,即把胶调转方向加样、电泳。结果：重复使用6~7次,DNA条带仍清晰可见。结论：这是一种简便易行、效率高、节省实验经费并易于推广的好方法。Objective： To find out a simple method for the reuse of agarose gel in DNA detection.Methods： Agarose gel was prepared by conventional method,and then the samples were loaded into the slot of the gel.After electrophoresis,the agarose gel with the mold was put into a lunch box,and was stored in 4 ℃ refrigerator.The electrophoresis direction should be opposite to the previous time when the gel was reused.Results： The agarose gel could be reused about 6-7 times,and the DNA bands were still clearly visible.Conclusion： The method is simple,efficient,economy and easy to popularize.
