级配变异性与路面压实度的关联性分析

摘　　要：在沥青路面施工中,级配和压实度作为路面质量检验的两项重要指标,被严格的控制在规定范围内,而二项指标的变异性却常常被忽略,但是指标变异性的大小却影响着整个路面的使用性能。通过对某高速公路路面三标级配和压实度变异性的分析后得到,级配的变异性与压实度的变异性存在一定的关联性,级配的变异性影响着压实度的变异性,级配的变异性越大,压实度的变异性亦越大。Graduation and the degree of compaction,as two important indexes of quality inspection,are regulated within the prescribed limits during asphalt pavement construction.However,the variability is often ignored,but the range of the variability affects service performance of pavement.In this paper,the variability of graduation and the degree of compaction,obtained from Contract 3 of a expressway,was investigated.The obtained data showed the variability of graduation associated with the variability of the degree of compaction,the variability of graduation affected the variability of the degree of compaction,the more variability of graduation,the more variability of the degree of compaction.
