摘 要:研究玻璃层厚度对钴基玻璃包覆微细丝强度的影响。用体积浓度为45%的HF溶液对总直径为Φ23.0μm、金属芯的直径为Φ7.1μm的钴基玻璃包覆微细丝的玻璃包覆层进行侵蚀,以达到不同厚度的玻璃包覆层。用光学显微镜对处理过的微细丝进行尺寸形貌观察,用纤维强度仪对处理过的微细丝进行单丝拉伸强度试验。钴基玻璃包覆微细丝的拉伸断裂过程为线弹性断裂,最大拉伸强度可达3.4GPa,延伸率为2.49%,韧度为4208MPa.%。钴基玻璃包覆微细丝为高韧性、高强度复合纤维。The dependence of tensile strength of Co-based glass-covered microwire on thicknesses of glass coating is investigated,the Co-based glass-covered microwires with total diameter Φ23.0μm and metallic core diameter Φ7.1μm are eroded to the glass-covered microwires with different thicknesses of glass coating by hydrofluoric solution with 45% volumetric concentration.The dimensions of the microwires are observed by metallograpic microscope and Single pretreated microwires of different sizes are uniaxially stretched by filament tenacity machine.The Co-based glass-covered microwire is stretched to fracture with a mechanism of linear elastic fracture.And the maximum tensile strength of Co-based glass-covered microwire can reach up to 3.4GPa with the elongation of 2.49% and the toughness 4208 MPa·%.It can be concluded that Co-based glass-covered microwire is high toughness and high composite filament.
