摘  要:头骨形态的研究是动物地理学研究的重要内容之一.本文统计分析了社鼠(Niviventer confucianus)头骨的31个形态指标,采用Mann-Whitney U检验方法检验了秦岭山系雌雄个体体重和体长的差异性.通过单因素方差分析(One-Way ANOVA)发现,不同山系的种群头骨形态指标出现一定程度的分化,广义线性模型(General LinearModel,GLM)结果表明,因子交互作用仅额骨长、顶间骨长、枕髁外宽、下齿列长4个指标差异显著.同时相关分析(Correlation Analysis)表明,基长与体长和体重的相关性最高,最能解释或反映体型的大小.本研究发现,尽管不同性别的社鼠的头骨形态和体型大小均没有显著差异,但在探讨动物种群或个体的地理变异时,性别因素的影响不可忽视,此外可通过头骨形态中的某个或某些指标间接地反映体型的大小.The study of skull morphology was one of the important parts of zoogeography.This paper analyzed 31 variables of the White-bellied Rat(Niviventer confucianus) skull,and Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze body weight and body length difference of male and female individuals.We found that the populations from two mountains indicated a little differentiation by single-factor analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA)and Generalized linear models(GLM) showed that only Greatest frontal length(GFL) Interparietal length(IL)Length of lower tooth row(LLTR)Greatest breadth of the occipital condyles(GBO)had significant difference when mountain and sex factor interacted.At the same time correlation analysis(Correlation Analysis) showed that basilar length(BL) had the strongest correlation with body length and body weight,also it was able to reflect the body size best.The study found that there were no significant differences in skull morphology and body size,and when we study the geographic variation of animal population or individual,we should give full consideration to the influence of sex factors.In addition,one or more variables could be used to reflect the body size indirectly.
