摘 要:目的了解城镇中学生人际敏感现状及其家庭因素,为早期家庭干预提供依据。方法运用症状自评量表、父母教养方式量表和自编问卷,对722名城镇中学生进行调查。结果人际敏感为(2.08±0.72)分;人际问题检出率为13.4%(男生10.8%、女生15.6%);初一为10.1%、高二为17.9%;初高中分别为10.6%和16.0%(χ2=9.12,P<0.01);父母经常吵架的家庭为25.5%(OR=2.42);人际敏感分与父母教养方式分偏相关系数最高为0.38(P<0.01);存在行为问题的学生人际问题发生率也高,其中自卑嫉妒学生人际问题的检出率是不自卑嫉妒的6.80倍。Logistic回归分析:父亲对学生情感温暖理解、不过度保护,父母关心子女心理健康、母亲对孩子期望高有预防人际敏感问题发生的作用。结论良好的家庭教养环境能降低人际敏感问题发生率。Objective To explore the status of interpersonal sensitivity symptoms and its relation with family factors among the middle-school students in the urban area and provide a scientific basis for the early family intervention.Methods A total of 722 middle school students from urban middle schools were tested by SCL-90,EMBU and self-designed questionnaire.Results The average scores of interpersonal sensitivity was(2.08±0.72);the incidence of interpersonal problem was 13.4%(male 10.8%,female 15.6%);grade-seven and grade-eleven were 10.1% and 17.9% respectively;junior and high school students were 10.6% and 16.0%(χ2=9.12,P0.01);parents often quarrelling was 25.5%(OR=2.42);the highest partial correlation coefficient was 0.38 between interpersonal sensitivity and parental rearing patterns(P0.01).The more behavioral problems occurred,the higher incidence of interpersonal problem was,of which the highest was inferiority jealousy.The incidence of interpersonal problem of the students with inferiority jealousy was 6.80 times of without one.Logistic regression analysis indicated:father's emotional warmth and non-overprotection,parents concerning about children's mental health and mother's high expectation can prevent interpersonal sensitivity problem.Conclusion The good family upbringing environment can reduce the incidence of interpersonal sensitivity problems in the middle school students.
