摘　　要：自身免疫风湿性疾病与遗传和环境因素有关。从病因上来说,吸烟与风湿性疾病的发展相关,即系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)、类风湿关节炎(RA)、系统性硬化症、Graves病和抗磷脂综合症等与遗传因素的相互作用成为疾病的重要联合危险因素。文中对吸烟的生物学效应尤其是其在免疫系统方面的作用以及潜在机制的研究进行了综述。Autoimmune rheumatic diseases are considered to be influenced by genetic and environmental factors.Cigarette smoking,which interacts with genetic factors,has become an important risk factor of rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,systemic sclerosis,Graves＇diseases and antiphospholipid syndrome.Potential mechanisms about the effect of smoking on immune system are reviewed.
