摘 要:目的探讨三黄胶囊对淋病奈瑟菌耐药质粒的消除作用。方法选取10株2008年在四川省医学科学院.四川省人民医院皮肤病性病研究所门诊淋病患者中分离鉴定的淋病奈瑟菌作为实验菌株,并测定其质粒谱;将实验菌株接种于含亚抑菌浓度的三黄胶囊培养基上分别作用24、48、72小时,观察其消质效果。结果三黄胶囊对淋病奈瑟菌的亚抑菌浓度为2.667 mg/ml;三黄胶囊对淋病奈瑟菌耐药质粒具有消除作用,且随着作用时间的延长,消除效果越明显(P=0.000);作用72小时后,质粒阴转率达到90%,与消质前相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论三黄胶囊具有消质作用,随着时间的延长效果越明显。Objective To explore whether San Huang Jiao Nang can eliminate R plasmid of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.Methods Ten strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were selected from gonorrhoea outpatients of Institute of Dermatology and Venereology,Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital.After surveyed plasmid profiles and measured the sub-inhibitory concentration(sub-MIC)of San Huang Jiao Nang,we inoculated Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the San Huang Jiao Nang medium with sub-MIC and observed the plasmid elimination effect after 24 h,48 h and 72 h respectively.Results The sub-MIC of San Huang Jiao Nang on Neisseria gonorrhoeae was 2.667 mg/ml.San Huang Jiao Nang could eliminate R plasmid of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.The effect strengthened significantly with the extension of time(P = 0.001).The positive-to-negative probability of plasmid reached 90% after 72 hours' administration,which was significantly different compared with that before elimination(P = 0.001).Conclusion San Huang Jiao Nang,which is more effective as time extends,can eliminate R plasmid of Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
