摘　　要：目的探讨经耳内镜治疗外耳道胆脂瘤的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年7月至2009年5月通过耳内镜治疗的30例外耳道胆脂瘤患者的手术技巧和治疗效果。结果 30例患者治疗后随访6月至1年,均未见复发,1例患者在术后出现外耳道狭窄。结论耳内镜治疗外耳道胆脂瘤疗效可靠,具有视野清楚、损伤小等优势。Objective To explore the curative effect of the treatment of cholesteatoma in external auditory canal by endotoscope.Methods Thirty cases with cholesteatoma in external auditory canal treated by endotoscope were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results During follow-up for 6 months to 1 year,no patient recurred.One patient suffered external auditory canal stenosis after the treatment.Conclusion The treatment of cholesteatoma in external auditory canal under endotoscope has good curative effect for the clear vision and less damage.
