摘　　要：目的探讨家庭管理指导对矽肺患者康复效果的影响。方法将142例矽肺患者分成试验组和对照组各71例,两组出院时均进行常规健康教育,试验组继续进行家庭管理指导。结果试验组一般知识、呼吸功能锻炼、家庭氧疗、运动锻炼的掌握情况均高于对照组(P<0.05);原发病加重情况、再次住院率及并发症发生率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的家庭管理指导能提高矽肺患者的康复效果,提高生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of family management guidance on the rehabilitation efficacy of silicosis patients.Methods A total of 142 patients with silicosis were assigned to experimental group and control group,with 71 patients in each group.Both two groups were given health education,and the experimental group was then given family management guidance.Results General knowledge,respiratory exercise,home oxygen therapy and exercise of experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.05）.There were significant differences in aggravation of primary disease,rehospitalization rate and incidence of complications between the two groups（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion Effective family management guidance can improve the rehabilitation efficacy and life quality of silicosis patients.
