吉林(市)地区石化工人过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原检测分析

摘  要:目的了解吉林(市)地区过敏性皮肤病患者常见过敏原分布状况,同时观察石油化工工人引起过敏性皮肤病致敏原的特殊性.方法对495例过敏性皮肤病患者按工人组和非工人组进行分类;采用德国MORA-SUPER生物共振过敏原检测系统检测过敏原,并进行相关统计学分析.结果在所有患者中,尘螨和花粉为最主要过敏原,总阳性率在40%以上.其次,动物毛屑、肉类、牛奶、鸡蛋、海鲜、真菌及食品添加剂,总阳性率均在10%以上.上述过敏原为本地区主要过敏原.同时在工人组与非工人组间比较发现,环境物质、有机溶剂、杀虫剂及化妆品这4大类过敏原有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),其余过敏原的阳性率在各组差异无统计学意义.结论尘螨、花粉、动物毛屑、肉类、牛奶、鸡蛋、海鲜、真菌及食品添加剂为本地区主要过敏原.石化工人职业性接触化工物质为主要致病因素之一.Objective To find out the major allergens in patients with allergic dermatosis in Jilin city,and investigate special allergens in the petrochemical workers.Method 495 patients with allergic dermatosis were detected by biological syntony technology.All cases were enrolled into worker group and non-worker group.Results The positive rate above percent 40 was dust mite and pollen in all patients.The animal fur,meat,milk,egg,fish,moulds,food additives exceed positive rate of percent 10.The allergens exceed positive rate of percent 10 was major in our region.Four kinds of allergens(environmental toxins,solvents,pesticides,cosmetics) compared between worker group and non-worker group had statistical significance(P0.01).Else allergens had no statistical significance.Conclusion The allergens include dust mite,pollen,animal fur,meat,milk,egg,fish,moulds,food additives was frequent in our region.One of the main pathogenic factor was the petrochemical works frequently touch chemical product.
