摘　　要：新军事变革下,现代信息化高科技战争及非战争军事行动对战创伤救治提出了新的要求。卫生员作为师以下部队的主要卫勤力量,平战时期的战创伤救治是部队基层卫生员的主要职责之一。在卫生员复训中进一步强化新时期、新要求下的战创伤救治原则及策略,以确保圆满、高效地完成多样化军事任务卫勤保障的需要。On the background of new military reform,information-based high technique modern warfare and non-war military action raised a further claim to wound/trauma treating.As a major part of medical service in army division and troops below this,Medical Orderly（MO） took the major responsibility of wound/trauma treating in peace and war time.To ensure the completion of medical service in mulriple military mission satisfied and high-efficacy,it was necessary for MO to enhance the training of principle and strategy on wound/trauma treating in retraining.
