系统性红斑狼疮脑病11例临床分析

摘　　要：目的加强对系统性红斑狼疮脑病的认识,做到及早诊断和提高治愈率。方法对我院1999年1月—2009年1月住院的11例系统性红斑狼疮脑病患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 11例中有中青年女性10例,以癫痫和轻微精神异常最为常见。经治疗11例中有4例病情好转,4例病情恶化,3例死亡。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)出现中枢神经病变称为狼疮脑病,是SLE病情危重的临床征兆,也是其主要死亡原因之一。结论凡遇有原因不明神经精神障碍的中青年女性,应当想到本病。Objective To enhance the understanding of systemic lupus erythematosus encephalopathy,so early diagnosis and improve the cure rate.Methods 11 cases of encephalopathy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were analyzed in our hospital from January 1999 to 2009.Results Among 11 cases of young women,10 cases with epilepsy and mild mental disorders,which were the most common symptoms.Among the 11 patients,4 cases got better,4 cases got disease progression,3 patients died.Central nervous disease called systemic lupus erythematosus lupus encephalopathy,which is critical condition and clinical signs of SLE,SLE is one of the major causes of death.Conclusion Whenever there were unexplained neural disorders in young women,we should think of this disease.
