摘 要:观察丹参粉针对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者介入治疗后氧化应激的影响。方法 60例住院经皮冠状动脉治疗(PC I)的ACS患者,按随机数字表法分为常规治疗组和丹参粉针组各30例。常规治疗组PC I动脉穿刺成功后球囊扩张前即刻静脉滴注氯化钠注射液,丹参粉针组在常规治疗组基础上加用丹参粉针静脉滴注。分别测定两组PC I前后血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平。结果常规治疗组介入治疗后较介入治疗前血清中的MDA、SOD、NOS的活性均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后丹参粉针组血清中SOD、NOS的活性较术前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后MDA含量较术前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丹参粉针组治疗后SOD、NOS、MDA含量与常规治疗组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参粉针可通过抑制心肌脂质过氧化、清除缺血心肌氧自由基等作用,提高心肌组织抗氧化能力、保护心肌细胞膜,进而保护缺血再灌注损伤的心肌。Objective To observe the impact of danshen powder injection on oxidative stress after the intervention in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 60 ACS inpatients with percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI)were divided into conventional treatment group and danshen powder injection group,30 cases in each one according to random number table.In conventional treatment group,after the success of PCI arterial puncture,before balloon dilation,sodium chloride injection was applied with intravenous infusion immediately.In danshen powder injection group,on the basis of the treatment as conventional treatment group,danshen powder injection group was applied with intravenous infusion.MDA,SOD and NOS levels were detected before and after PCI in two groups separately.Results In conventional treatment group,there were no obvious changes in MDA,SOD and NOS activity in comparison before and after PCI,indicating no significant statistical difference(P0.05).In danshen powder injection group,after operation,SOD and NOS activity increased as compared with that before operation,indicating significant statistical difference(P0.05)and MDA level decreased as compared with that before operation,indicating significant statistical difference(P0.05).The differences were significant statistically in SOD,NOS and MDA levels after treatment in comparison between danshen powder injection group and conventional treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion Danshen powder injection can improve antioxidation of myocardial tissue and protect myocardial cellular membrane so as to protect myocardium damaged by ischemic reperfusion through inhibiting myocardial lipid peroxidation and eliminating ischemic myocardial oxygen free radicals.
