心脑血管病药疹165例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析心脑血管病药疹的类型及相关致病药物,以有助于临床对药疹的诊治。方法收集2004年6月~2009年6月165例心脑血管病药疹患者的临床资料,对药疹的潜伏期、致病药物、类型、治疗及转归进行回顾性分析。165例心脑血管病药疹患者根据病史和临床症状,皮疹分型按《临床皮肤病学》分型方法,致病药物根据《新编药物学》进行分类;所有患者诊断明确后立即停用致病药物或可疑致病药物,视病情轻重给予不同治疗方案。结果引起心脑血管病药疹的主要药物为抗高血压药、中成药,麻疹样疹、荨麻疹型药疹常见。165例患者经治疗全部痊愈。结论药物引起皮疹为医源性疾病,主要临床表现为皮肤不同程度的损害,但病情控制不佳将累及到肝、肾等脏器,给患者带来更大的危害,必须引起临床注意。Objective To analyze the types of drug eruption in cardiocerebrovascular disease（CCVD）and relevant causative agents so as to benefit the diagnosis and treatment of drug eruption in clinic.Methods The clinical data on 165 cases of drug eruption in CCVD from June 2004 to June 2009 were collected and the retrospective analysis was conducted on the latent of drug eruption,causative agents,treatment and outcomes.Of 165 cases of drug eruption in CCVD,in association with medical history and clinically symptoms,the types of skin eruption were classified in light of Clinical Dermatology and causative agents were classified in light of New Materia Medica.After definite diagnosis,all of the patients discontinued taking causative agents or suspicious causative agents and the treatment programs were administered according to the severity of disease.Results The main agents inducing drug eruption in CCAD included anti-hypertensive drug and Chinese patent medicine.The common types of drug eruption were morbilliform eruption and urticarial drug eruption.After treatment,165 cases were all cured.Conclusion Drug-induced skin eruption is iatrogenic disease,manifested chiefly as skin damage of different extents.But,the unsatisfactory control of disease may affect the liver,kidney and other organs and bring much more hazards to the patients.Hence,drug eruption must be considered in clinic.
