老年患者经尿道前列腺电切手术61例麻醉体会

摘　　要：目的探讨老年前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺切除术的麻醉方法及其效果。方法将2003年1月～2010年3月行前列腺切除术的61例前列腺增生患者分为腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)31例和硬膜外麻醉(EA)30例两组,观察两组的麻醉起效时间、麻醉效果、血流动力学变化以及术后并发症情况。结果 CSEA组麻醉起效时间比EA组要短,麻醉效果好,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05),但术中血流动力学及术后并发症情况两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 CSEA用于老年前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术安全有效,是该手术一种较理想的麻醉方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anesthesia of elderly patients after TURP surgery.Methods A total 61 patients with Prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2003 to March 2010 were analysed retrospectively were divided into CSEA group（31 cases） and EA group（30 cases）,the onset time,anesthetic effect,hemodynamic changes,Complications and Postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Results The onset time of CSEA group than the EA group is shorter,anesthetic effect,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups of（P0.05）.Conclusion CSEA for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral resection of the prostate safe and effective,it is an ideal method of anesthesia.
