摘  要:以双子星型阳离子表面活性剂Gemini为模板剂,以水热法制备了介孔ZrO2粉体,产物的比表面积达151.9 m2.g?1,比较了H3PO4对产物的结构稳定性的作用,检测了样品的光吸收和光致发光性能。发现介孔材料的主要光致发光峰位于蓝紫色光区,而经H3PO4处理并焙烧后的样品的发光峰红移至蓝绿色发光区。引入一种位形坐标图来解释介孔ZrO2的发光性质,分析结果显示氧空位在产物的发光性质中起着荧光发光中心和杂质离子发光淬灭剂的作用。Mesoporous zirconia (ZrO2) was prepared using a hydrothermal method with the di-cationic surfactant Gemini as a template. The specific surface area of the product was 151.9 m2.g?1. The effect of H3PO4 on the structural stability of the products was studied and the optical absorbance and photoluminescence (PL) properties were also investigated. The results showed that the main PL bands of the as-prepared mesoporous product were located at the violet to blue region, while those of samples after treatment by H3PO4 and calcination red-shifted to the blue-green region. A configuration coordinate diagram was introduced to interpret the PL properties of the products. Oxygen vacancies in the samples are the key factor for the PL properties and act both as the center of PL emissions and as the quencher of luminescence from the dopant.
