民用飞机应急撤离滑梯设计技术分析

摘　　要：民用飞机应急撤离滑梯是在飞机出现意外情况而需紧急着陆的情况下,确保乘员安全快速撤离飞机的重要系统。滑梯系统直接关系到人员的生命安全,是民用飞机不可缺少的关键系统。国内研制的飞机只有某支线飞机装有滑梯系统,对于大型客机,由于飞机比较高,登机门、翼上应急门离地面高度较高,而且乘客人数也较多,其应急撤离滑梯系统的设计是个新课题。本文分析了国外飞机滑梯的研究现状和配备情况,介绍了滑梯的分类,举例说明了各不利姿态门槛高度的确定,从滑梯的选型、滑梯包的安装、滑梯的启动方式、滑梯系统的显示方式等论述了滑梯系统的设计,总结了滑梯设计的关键环节。研究结论可为我国大型民用客机应急撤离滑梯设计提供参考。The emergency evacuation slide system of civil aircraft will ensure rapid and effective occupant evacuation in the event of emergency with a minimum probability of incurring injury.The slide system will affect life safety of occupant of aircraft directly,it is indispensability important system.There is one regional aircraft has simply slide system in our country,for big civil aircraft,because of the aircraft structure is high,the passenger door is high,the off-wing emergency door is high,and occupants is more,the design of emergency evacuation slide system of aircraft is a new subject for us.This article analyzes research state and equipped of evacuation slide of world civil aircraft;introduced the types of aircraft slides;give the example that how to make certain Sill height of several doors and wing height at normal and adverse attitudes;from the configuration slide,installation of slide pack,actuation form of slide,indication of evacuation slide system to describe the design of slide system.Summarize the key problem of evacuation slide system.This article can provide the reference for design our civil aircraft emergency evacuation slide system.
