摘　　要：论证和阐述“文献检索”与“情报检索”两个概念的区别 ,分析在社科领域中存在“社科文献检索”与“社科情报检索”这两个基本相同的概念的原因。Demonstrates the difference between“document retrieval” and “information retrieval” and analyses the reason that the conception of “social science document retrieval” is basically same as “social science information retrieval” in the domain of social science.Some ideas and suggestions are put forward.
