浅表脓肿切开引流术患者血压及脉搏变化与术后安全的探讨

摘　　要：目的评估浅表脓肿切开引流术后患者血压及脉搏的变化规律为术后安全离院提供有利的依据。方法采用自身对照法选择在门诊换药室行浅表脓肿切开引流术的患者29例,分别在术前10 min,术后5、15、20 min测量血压、脉搏并记录,对患者手术前后血压、脉搏进行比较分析。结果与术前比较,术后23例患者血压下降,占79.31%;6例患者血压升高,占20.69%;手术后5、15、20 min与手术前10 min比较,收缩压显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);舒张压只在术后15 min时明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术后152、0 min时脉搏次数明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅表脓肿切开引流术后患者血压、脉搏较术前存在明显变化,术后20 min内应监测患者血压、脉搏变化,以确保患者安全出院。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the changes of blood pressure and heart rate of the patients who received superficial abscess incision drainage operation, so as to provide favorable evidence for postoperative departure. METHODS A total of 29 patients received the operation in the dressing room in outpatient department were selected into the research by self-control method. The blood pressure was measured via the mercurial sphygmomanometer and the pulse rates were recorded at 10 min before operation, 5 rain, 15 rain and 20 rain respectively after operation. Then the results were compared. RESULTS Compared with pre-operation, the blood pressure of 23 patients after operation went down, which accounted for 79.31% ;the blood pressure of 6 patients went up, which accounted for 20.69% ; the systolic pressure at 5 min, 15 rain and 20 min after operation decreased significantly ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The diastolic pressure decreased significantly only at 15 mins after operation and the pulse rates decreased significantly at 15 min and 20 min after operation （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The blood pressure and the pulse rate after superfieial abscess incision drainage operation change significantly, compared with the pre-operation . Monitoring the changes of blood pressure and pulse rate within 20 min after operation can ensure the patients a safe hospital departure.
