标准化流程管理对外来手术器械清洗质量的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化流程管理对外来手术器械清洗和包装质量控制的效果。方法对外来手术器械实施标准化流程管理,并对清洗和包装质量进行评价,分别比较实施标准化流程管理前、后外来手术器械清洗质量、包装盒清洗质量、器械功能完好性、包内指示卡、包外标签、包的重量、包的体积等质量指标。结果标准化流程管理后外来手术器械清洗和包装质量整体合格率为99.6%,明显高于标准化流程管理前(83.6%),差异有统计学意义(2χ=282.195,P<0.01)。结论外来手术器械由消毒供应中心实施标准化流程管理,能有效提高器械的清洗和包装质量,利于医院感染控制。OBJECTIVE To explore the influences of standardization process management on the cleaning or packing quality control of hospital foreign surgical operation apparatus. METHODS The standardization process management was applied to hospital foreign surgical operation apparatus. The cleaning or packing qualities were assessed, and the quality indexes of those hospital foreign surgical operation apparatus without the application of standardization process management and those with the application of standardization process management also been compared respectively, such as cleaning quality, cleaning quality of packing, functional integrity of apparatus, indicating cards in packs, tags outside packs, weight of packs, cubic measure of packs and the like. RESULTS The cleaning or packing quality of hospital foreign surgical operation apparatus with the application of standardization process management （99. 6%） was significountly higher than those without the application of standardization process management （83.6%） （χ2 =282. 195 ,P〈0. 001）. CONCLUSION The cleaning or packing quality of foreign surgical operation apparatus can be improved by standardized process management. The sterile effects and the safety of patients are ensured.
