替考拉宁治疗老年慢性脓胸疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价替考拉宁治疗老年慢性脓胸的临床疗效及致病菌清除率。方法上海中医药大学附属普陀医院呼吸内科在2009年7月-2010年7月收治的老年慢性脓胸患者给予替考拉宁针，第1天0．4g静脉滴注，第2天以后每日0．2g静脉滴注，疗程为10～14d，观察治疗前后患者的临床疗效和细菌清除率。结果替考拉宁治疗老年慢性脓胸临床有效率为94．0％，细菌清除率为96．0％。结论替考拉宁治疗老年慢性脓胸疗效确切，安全有效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of teicoplanin in the treatment of chronic empyema in elderly patients. METHODS The elderly patients with chronic empyema in the department of respiratory, Putuo Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jul 2009 to Jul 2010, were treated with 0.2g teicoplanin of, twice in the first day, then once a day in the following 10-14 days, the clinical effects and the bacterial clearance rate before and after the treatment were observed. RESULTS The clinical efficacy rate was 94.0%, the bacterial clearance rate was 96. 0%. CONCLUSION Teicoplanin is effective and safe in treating chronic empyema in elderly patients.
