穿心莲种子发芽试验标准化研究

摘　　要：通过发芽试验来探讨温度、光照及发芽床等因素对穿心莲（Andrographis paniculata（Burm.f.）Nees）种子萌发的影响。设25.0、27.5、30.0、32.5、35.0℃共5种恒温温度处理,设纸上（TP）和砂上（TS）2种发芽床处理,光照设0（全黑暗）和500 lx 2个处理。试验结果表明：穿心莲种子发芽最适温度为25~30℃,发芽床可选择纸上（TP）法,对光照敏感,初次计数时间为发芽后第2天,末次计数时间为发芽后第7天。幼苗生长发育类型为子叶出土的双子叶农作物种子,幼苗鉴定只考虑初生根的发育状况。The influence of different conditions on Andrographis paniculata（Burm.f.） Nees seed germination were tested in current work.The conditions included 5 temperature treatments（25.0,27.5,30.0,32.5℃ and 35.0℃）,2 light treatments（0 and 500lx）,and 2 germinating-bed treatments（TP and TS）.According to the germination performance under different condition,the optimum seed germination conditions of Andrographis paniculata were as follows：temperature 25.0℃ to 30.0℃,germinating-beds TP,under light.The first seedling-counting time was the 2nd day after germination,the last time was the 7th day.
