摘　　要：科学合理区域绿色产业发展效果评价体系的构建与实施,不仅对于实现区域的经济、产业、资源与环境多赢,从而促进区域经济可持续发展具有战略意义,而且可以通过对区域绿色产业政策实施前后的相关指标数据,计算综合评价指标进行对比,体现其执行效果,为进一步优化区域绿色产业政策提供依据。鉴于此,本文围绕可持续发展的经济意义,对区域绿色产业发展效果评价的目标、评价模型的构建原则、内容及方法的选择与运用等进行了重点探讨。Scientific and reasonable structure and implementation on effect evaluation system of regional green industry development has not only a strategic meaning to achieve multilateral wins of regional economy, industry, resource and environment, and then to promote the regional economic sustainable development, it also can compare the indexes and da- ta before the policies of regional green industry implemented and after that, reflect the execution effect, and then to provide the basis to further optimize the regional green industry policies. In view of the above, the paper closely encompasses the meaning of sustainable development, emphatically studies the objective of effect evaluation on regional green industry development, the structure principle of evaluation model, and the selection and application of content and method.
