低碳产业与低碳经济发展路径研究

摘　　要：发展低碳产业是实现我国低碳经济发展的重要路径。在依据产业发展的实际情况及国民经济行业分类表的基础上,提出了低碳产业的概念、特征及分类,即低碳产业是由高碳产业低碳化、含碳量低、生产低碳技术及碳交易等作业构成,具有低碳化、产业化两个重要特征,最后提出了促进我国低碳产业发展的对策建议。Low carbon industry is very important path to the development of low carbon economy.This paper did a research on the conception,characteristics and sorts of low carbon industry,mainly according to literatures related to the low carbon economy and the low carbon industry,practical situation of the industry economy and the country economy＇s industry classification.This paper defined that low carbon industry is made up of low carbonization of the high carbon industry,low content of carbon,technology for producing with low carbon,trade of low carbon and so on.The conception of low carbon industry is charactered by low carbonization and industrialization.Some suggestions to promote the development the low carbon industry are proposed.
