摘　　要：制造业是我国国民经济的支柱,也是污染排放最多的行业。分析了中国制造业CO2排放变化的整体趋势,并采用指数分解分析法对1996～2007年间制造业CO2排放变化的的规模效应、结构效应和技术效应进行了分解分析。结果表明,规模效应是制造业CO2排放上升的重要因素,结构效应增加了制造业的CO2排放,但作用很小;技术效应对制造业CO2的排放虽有一定的减排作用,但还不足以抵消规模效应和结构效应。因此,有必要对当前制造业的结构进行调整,并提高行业的减排技术水平。Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in national economy,but has serious pollution.This paper studys the change trend of manufacturing industry＇s CO2 Emission between 1996～2007.The influence factors is decomposed into scale effect,structural effect and technology effect by index decomposition analysis.The empirical results demonstrate that the scale effect is an important factor for increasing manufacturing industry＇s CO2 emissions,the structural effect also increases manufacturing industry＇s CO2 emissions but this effecct is little,the technical effect decreases manufacturing industry＇s CO2 emissions but can not offset the scale effect and structural effect.It is necessary to adjust manufacturing industry structure,and enhance CO2 emission reduction level.
