摘  要:以CaCl2和Na2CO3为原料,研究CaCO3在聚己内酯-b-聚丙烯酸(PCL-b-PAA)胶束溶液中的结晶行为,并探讨胶束溶液浓度对CaCO3晶体组成及其形貌的影响.采用氢核磁共振谱(1H NMR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM),傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱(FTIR)、X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电导率等测试手段对聚合物结构、胶束形貌和CaCO3晶型及形貌进行表征.结果表明,PCL-b-PAA胶束影响了CaCO3的结晶过程,得到了不易在水中存在的处于亚稳态的球霰石型CaCO3晶体.随胶束浓度的增加,球霰石型CaCO3的含量先增加而后减少;CaCO3晶体的主要形貌由无规则形转变为球形.The crystallization of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) in poly(ε-caprolactone)-block-poly(acrylic acid) (PCL-b-PAA) copolymer micelle solution was studied using Na2CO3 and CaCl2 as reactive reagent. The composition and morphology of CaCO3 were investigated in different micelle concentrations. Hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and conductivity meter were employed to analyze the structure of block copolymer, the morphology of the micelles, the polymorphs and morphologies of CaCO3. The results showed that the crystallization of CaCO3 was strongly influenced by the PCL-b-PAA micelle. Metastable vaterite, which cannot be formed in pure water, was readily obtained in the presence of PCL-b-PAA micelle. As the micelle concentration increased, the content of vaterite increased and then decreased, in the meanwhile, the morphologies of CaCO3 transformed from irregular to sphere.
