摘 要:以昆明、南京和贵阳3个种源的喜树种子作为试验材料,探讨了铝对不同种源喜树种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:在未加铝的情况下,昆明种源种子发芽能力最好,各项发芽指标都显著优于其他2个种源,昆明种源在3个铝(AlCl3.6H2O)质量浓度处理下种子萌发都受到一定的抑制,在5.0g·L-1质量浓度处理下胚根长、活力指数相对对照分别下降了68.2%和71.1%;3个铝处理质量浓度促进了南京种源种子的萌发,但各处理的胚根长和活力指数都显著下降,5.0 g·L-1铝处理的下降最为严重;2.0 g·L-1铝处理对贵阳种源种子的发芽是有利的,但在3.55、.0 g·L-1铝处理下根长和活力指数都显著地下降;3种源种子胚根的相对电导率和MDA质量摩尔浓度、POD酶活性在3.55、.0 g·L-1铝处理下都比对照明显地增加,而SOD酶活性是在2.03、.5 g·L-1处理下都比对照增加,高于3.5 g·L-1后出现下降;3个种源种子都能够在2.0 g·L-1的AlCl3.6H2O存在下正常发芽生长,高于2.0 g·L-1的铝处理质量浓度对胚根产生一定的伤害,胚根根尖变黑、褐化,贵州种源胚根更易受高质量浓度铝的毒害。An experiment was conducted to study the effect of aluminum on germination of Camptotheca acuminate seeds from three provenances.Result showed that the germination rate of C.acuminate seeds from Kunming was higher than that from Guiyang and Nanjing provenances in the absence of aluminum.The germination ability of C.acuminate seeds from Kunming provenance was restrained under different concentrations of AlCl3·6H2O(2.0,3.5,5.0g·L^-1),and radicle length and seed vigor index reduced by 68.2 percent and 71.1 percent respectively compared with the control.The germination rate of C.acuminate seeds from Nanjing provenance was promoted under different concentrations of AlCl3·6H2O,but the radicle length and seed vigor index of different treatments decreased obviously,especially for the treatment of 5.0g·L^-1.The germination ability of C.acuminate seeds from Guiyang provenance was obviously promoted at 2.0g·L^-1,but the radicle length and seed vigor index decreased markedly at 3.5 and 5.0g·L^-1.At the concentrations of 3.5 and 5.0g·L^-1,the relative electrical conductivity,MDA content and POD activity of the seeds from the three provenances were significantly higher than those of the control,while the SOD activity was higher than that of the control at the concentrations of 2.0 and 3.5g·L^-1 and decreased at 5.0g·L^-1.C.acuminate seeds from the three provenances could germinate and grow under 2.0g·L^-1 of AlCl3·6H2O,and it would cause damage to radicles when the concentration was higher than 2.0g·L^-1.The seeds from Guizhou provenance was more liable to be damaged by high concentrations of AlCl3·6H2O.
