摘  要:以转PeNhaD1基因灰杨(Populus×canescens)为试验材料,采用营养液培养法,研究了缺锌(0μmol.L-1ZnSO4)和高锌(2 000μmol.L-1ZnSO4)2种胁迫条件下灰杨幼苗光合参数和生长指标的变化。结果表明,在缺锌和高锌胁迫44 d后,灰杨幼苗的根、茎、叶、皮鲜质量等生物量指标减小,叶片失绿,甚至出现坏死斑,根生长严重受阻;同时净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度显著降低,但胞间CO2摩尔分数没有随着其他指标的减小而降低,说明灰杨的净光合速率变化受非气孔因素的影响。The changes in photosynthetic parameters and growth of transgenic poplar(Populus canescens) were studied under zinc deficiency(without ZnSO4) and a high concentration of zinc(2000μmol·L-1 ZnSO4) by solution culture.Results show that,after the zinc stress for 44 days,the fresh weight of roots,stems,leaves,bark and other biomass indexes reduced,and the leaves of P.canescens turned yellow and even necrotic spot occurred,which resulted in severe reduction of root growth.At the same time,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of P.canescens seedlings decreased significantly,while the intercellular CO2 concentration did not decline.It shows that the change in photosynthetic rate of P.canescens is affected by non-stomatal factors.
