摘 要:为减少花卉无土栽培对泥炭资源的依赖,该试验以玉米秆、小麦秆、菇渣和花生壳4种农业有机废弃物作为基质的主要成分,探讨取代泥炭作为丽格海棠栽培基质的可行性。结果表明,V(玉米秆粉)∶V(花生壳粉)∶V(珍珠岩)=2.5∶2.5∶2、V(玉米秆粉)∶V(花生壳粉)∶V(珍珠岩)=2∶3∶2、V(小麦秆粉)∶V(花生壳粉)∶V(珍珠岩)=2∶3∶2、V(菇渣)∶V(花生壳粉)∶V(珍珠岩)=3∶2∶2、V(菇渣)∶V(花生壳粉)∶V(珍珠岩)=2.5∶2.5∶2的5个基质配方的理化性质的各项指标均在无土栽培基质的理想范围内,用其栽培的丽格海棠根系生长健壮,生长发育综合评价指数显著优于对照,基质稳定性好且成本明显低于泥炭基质,可作为丽格海棠无土栽培的代用基质。An experiment was conducted to discuss the cultivation effects of four kinds of agricultural organic castoffs(corn stalk,wheat straw,spent mushroom and peanut shell compost) on Begonia elatior in order to reduce the dependence on peat as primary growing medium.Five treatments were set up according to different volume ratios of the four kinds of agricultural organic castoffs(V(corn stalk)∶V(peanut shell)∶V(perlite)=2.5∶2.5∶2,V(corn stalk)∶V(peanut shell)∶V(perlite)=2∶3∶2,V(wheat straw)∶V(peanut shell)∶V(perlite)=2∶3∶2,V(spent mushroom)∶V(peanut shell)∶V(perlite)=3∶2∶2 and V(spent mushroom)∶V(peanut shell)∶V(perlite)=2.5∶2.5∶2).Results indicate that the physical and chemical properties of all the five treatments meet the general requirements for growing media.B.elatior in those treatments had strong root system,and the comprehensive performances of growth and development were also significantly better than that in the control.Furthermore,the growing medium containing the four kinds of agricultural organic castoffs has strong stability and its cost is observably lower than that of peat.Thus,corn stalk,wheat straw,spent mushroom and peanut shell compost can be good substitutes for peat as soilless growing media of B.×elatior.
