摘 要:利用土壤CO2排放通量全自动测量系统LI—8100,测定了黑龙江省带岭林业局东方红林场不同采伐强度林地的土壤呼吸速率、土壤分室呼吸速率以及土壤表层下10 cm处的温度和湿度,进而研究了择伐作业后林地土壤呼吸速率空间变异性及影响因素。结果表明:伐后6 a,林地土壤呼吸空间变异性显著,但与采伐强度无显著相关性,影响样方间林地土壤呼吸变异性的主要因子是土壤温度和湿度,地表植物种类、数量及分布的差异是影响样方内土壤呼吸速率变异的重要因素。温度和湿度是影响枯枝落叶层呼吸速率的主要因素,解释了枯枝落叶层呼吸速率变异的80.5%,而微生物则成为影响矿质土壤层呼吸速率变异的主要因素,林木株数、林龄、林木组成等因素是影响根呼吸速率变异的主要因素。LI-8100 Automated Soil CO2 Flux System was used to study the spatial heterogeneity of soil respiration rate and its influence factors in a conifer-broadleaved forest in Dailing Forestry Bureau,Heilongjiang Province.Soil respiration rate,soil partitioning respiration rate,temperature and moisture at 10cm depth in 36 quadrats were determined under different intensities of selective cutting.Results show that the spatial heterogeneity of soil respiration rate at different quadrats is significant 6 years after selective cutting,but there is no significant relationship between soil respiration rate and cutting intensity.Soil temperature and moisture are the two main factors influencing the variation in spatial heterogeneity of soil respiration rate among different quadrats.The differences in ground cover species,quantity and distribution are the important influence factors on the spatial heterogeneity of soil respiration rate at different quadrats.Soil temperature and moisture are dominant influence factors on the spatial heterogeneity of soil respiration rate in the litter layer,and they contribute to 80.5% of the variation.However,microbes are the main factor influencing the variance in spatial heterogeneity of soil respiration rate in the mineral soil layer.Number of trees,forest age and tree species composition are the main influence factors on the variation in spatial heterogeneity of root respiration rate.
