大能源发展战略模式下的中国电煤问题研究

摘　　要：国外典型能源管理体制特点和发展趋势对于我国大能源发展战略具有借鉴意义,我国能源管理体制的历次变革都是为了适应能源行业发展形势,解决能源行业之间的矛盾。基于现代能源向高效化、多元化、清洁化、市场化和全球化方向发展的大背景,总结了世界典型国家能源管理体制及发展趋势,深入分析了我国现行能源管理体制与大能源发展的矛盾,提出了我国大能源发展战略下解决电煤问题的关键路径。The features and development trend of typical national energy management system are with a large reference for China′s energy management system.China′s energy management reformations are to meet energy development situation and resolve the contradiction between energy industries.Under the background of modern energy developping to efficient,diversified,clean,market and globalization,the paper summarizes the world′s energy management system and a typical national trends,in-depth analysis of China′s current energy management system and the contradiction between large energy development,energy development is proposed under the strategy of big problems to solve the critical path of electricity.
