摘　　要：Iu-CS接口作为TD-SCDMA网络一个重要接口,其CDR合成监测技术的研究和开发在TD-SCDMA集中监测系统开发中占有不可或缺的地位。以TD-SCDMA集中监测系统为研究背景,深入研究了Iu-CS接口在网络中的功能、协议栈结构,针对以往Iu-CS接口CDR合成算法的不足,提出了一种新的父子CDR合成方案并深入剖析了该方案的设计和实现,最后,结合现网实测数据,将该方案在已商用的TD-SCDMA集中监测系统中进行了测试和验证,实测结果表明,该设计方案效果良好。The Iu-CS interface is an important interface in TD-SCDMA network, the researches and development of CDR synthesis monitoring technology of this interface is indispensable to TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system. Focus on the researches of TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system, this paper firstly introduced the functions of Iu-CS interface and the structure of protocol stack. Then, in order to overcome the shortcomings of current techniques of CDR synthesis, the paper proposed a new father-son CDR synthesis strategy and analyzed the design and realization of this strategy. Finally, the results from practical application of TD-SCDMA centralized monitoring system have shown good performance of this strategy.
