摘  要:通过粉末冶金工艺制备了高剩磁2:17型Sm-Co永磁材料,系统地研究了磁粉平均粒度对磁体性能和微结构的影响。随着球磨时间的延长,磁粉的平均粒度D由6.2μm逐渐减小到4.3μm,烧结磁体的平均晶粒尺寸从约80μm减小到约30μm,磁体中的氧含量明显增加。当D在5.0~6.0μm范围时,烧结磁体的综合性能较好,特别是在D=5.7μm时,磁体具有最佳的磁性能:Br=1.16T,Hcj>2069.6kA/m和(BH)m=231.6kJ/m3。2:17-type SmCo sintered permanent magnets with high remanence were prepared by powder metallurgy technology.The effect of average powder size D on their magnetic properties and microstructures has been investigated.With increasing the ball milling time from 30 to 80min,the obtained average powder sizes decrease from 6.2 to 4.3μm.It is found that the average grain sizes of the corresponding final sintered magnets vary from about 80 to 30μm,giving rise to the increasing of the content of oxygen significantly.Optimum magnetic properties occur for the sintered magnets when the D is located in the range of 5-6μm.In special,the best magnetic properties,Br=1.16T,Hcj2069.6kA/m,and(BH)m=231.6kJ/m3 were obtained at D=5.7μm.
