摘 要:结合四川、重庆电网的实际系统,重点从电网的潮流分布、送出线路选型、电网稳定校核、短路电流水平计算以及是否参与系统调峰运行等多方面,研究分析2020年大容量核电机组(2×175万kW)接入川渝主干电网后对川渝电网的可能影响。研究表明:大容量核电机组较为合理的接入系统方案,既能满足核电送出需要,又可以控制系统短路电流水平,远景规划年份川渝主干电网总体上能适应大容量核电机组的接入系统;同时,大容量核电机组根据电网需要实时承担系统部分调峰任务后,可实现减少川渝电网丰期调峰弃水和节约燃煤的节能减排的经济、社会和环保等多方面综合效益。The grid adaptability after access of large capacity nuclear power plants in Sichuan-Chongqing grid is analyzed. The study focuses on problems in terms of load flow distribution, delivery line model selection, grid stability level, short circuit level and the ability to participate in system peak load regulation. The study results show that the reasonable accessing plan for large capacity nuclear power plant can satisfy the need for nuclear power delivery and control the system short circuit level. The large capacity nuclear power plant also has the ability to participate in system peak load regulation when needed, which reduces the quantity of abandoning energy in high flow period. It can also help Sichuan-Chongqing grid to improve comprehensive benefits on economic, social and environment aspects.
