摘 要:床温控制是循环流化床锅炉燃烧调整的重要内容。对东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司自主型300 MWCFB锅炉的床温控制方法进行了研究;分别从启动、带负荷、额定负荷等工况对床温特性及控制方法进行了试验分析。试验结果表明:启动过程中通过调节一次风量、油枪出力以及点动布煤来控制床温;带负荷过程中通过调节与负荷对应的风量和煤量对床温进行控制;额定负荷下通过改变给煤分布对床温进行控制;稳定工况下床温调整方法有限,通过调整一、二次风量比例可调整炉内燃烧份额,增加一次风量,床温下降;降低一次风量,床温上升,但调整幅度有限。Bed temperature control is important part of combustion adjusting of CFB boiler. Adjustment methods of bed ternperalure were tested and researched in a 300 MW CFB boiler manufactured by the Dongfang Boiler Group Co. Ltd. The characteristics of bed temperature and control methods were analyzed and tested covering the start, on-load and rated load conditions. The experiment results show that changing primary air flow and oil feeding rate in primary air duct burner, along with discontinuous coal feeding are effective to control the bed temperature in start conditions; the bed temperature can be adjusted by changing air flow rate and coal feeding rate in the on-load condition; the coal distribution has an important effect on the bed temperature in rated load condition; the adjustment methods of bed temperature are limited in steady condition; the combustion proportion of dense zone, indicated by bed temperature, can be adjusted by changing the volume ratio of primary air to secondary air.
