摘 要:针对瓦斯抽采钻孔普遍存在封孔质量差、漏气严重等问题,提出了带压注浆封孔技术,能有效封堵钻孔周围裂隙、提高封孔质量,并在神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司金能煤业分公司进行了对比试验。结果表明,带压注浆封孔技术比原封孔工艺瓦斯抽采浓度提高25%~40%,效果显著。According to the poor borehole sealing quality,serious air leakage and other problems existed in the gas drainage boreholes,the paper provided the pressurized grouting borehole sealing technology which could effectively seal the cracks along the borehole and improve the borehole sealing quality.A comparison experiments on the technology was conducted in Jinneng Coal Mining Branch of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Mining Group Corporation Ltd.The results showed that the pressurized borehole sealing technology could improve the gas drainage concentration by 25 % to 40 % higher than the previous borehole sealing technology with obvious effects.
