摘 要:根据天轮衬垫的工作环境,用Pro/E软件建立了全新、磨损1/5、磨损1/3、磨损1/2和磨损2/3的衬垫三维模型,将模型导入ANSYS软件进行有限元分析,通过网格划分得到衬垫的有限元模型,以衬垫横向完全约束,纵向施加均布力作为加载工况,得出此工况下不同磨损程度的衬垫的应力与位移分布规律,将有限元分析结果对比研究,得出故障天轮衬垫的临界值。结论可为衬垫的故障分析提供依据,保证衬垫工作在正常范围内。According to the working environment of the sheave liner,the Pro/E software was applied to establish the 3D model of brand-new liner,1/5 abrasion liner,1/3 abrasion liner,1/2 abrasion liner and 2/3 abrasion liner.With the model lead-in,the ANSYS software was applied to the finite element analysis.With the liner finite element model obtained from the dividing by the grids,with the liner laterally full restrained and longitudinally had equal distributed forces as the loading performances,the stress and displacement distribution law of the different abrasion liner obtained under such performances.With the comparison study on the finite element analysis results,the critical value of the failure sheave liner.The conclusion could provide the basis for the analysis of the liner failure to ensure the sheave operated in a normal range.
