摘 要:文章介绍一种煤矿井下用的胶囊式分段注浆止浆塞的结构、工作原理、膨胀元件的选择。止浆塞采用单管封孔注浆技术,封孔注浆系统简单。止浆元件选用钢丝膨胀胶管,承压能力高。试验结果表明:止浆塞设计合理,止浆效果好,并且体积小,重量轻,操作简单,适用于煤矿井下任意角度小口径深孔分段注浆。The paper introduced the structure,working principle and design key points of a packer for the capsule type stage grouting in underground mine.A single pipe borehole sealing and grouting technology was applied to the packer.The borehole sealing and grouting system was simple.The packer element with a steel wire swelling rubber pipe could have a high pressure bearing capacity.The experiment results showed the design of the packer was rational the grouting sealing effect of the packer was good.The packer would have a small volume,a light weight and a simple operation and would be suitable for the stage grouting in a small diameter deep borehole with any inclination in underground mine.
